Return & Store Credit Policy

At Blaire's Boutique, we carefully curate each collection with quality, style, and attention to detail in mind. We hope you love every piece you receive. However, if something isn't quite right, we are happy to assist you with a return in accordance with the policy below.

Requesting a Return

If you wish to return an item, you must contact Blaire's Boutique by email within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that all returns require prior approval. Any item returned without first contacting us and receiving authorization will not be accepted.

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to proceed with your return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, all items must be:

  • Unworn and unused.

  • In their original condition.

  • Returned in their original packaging.

  • Free from any signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, perfume, smoke, deodorant marks, makeup residue, pet hair, or other indications of use.

Items may be tried on for sizing and fit purposes. However, if an item is returned in a condition that suggests it has been worn beyond a simple fitting, the return will be declined.

Blaire's Boutique reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above requirements. In such cases, no store credit will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Earrings

  • Bikinis and swimwear

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable and will not be included in the value of any store credit issued.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Blaire's Boutique cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.

Store Credit

As a small boutique, we currently do not offer monetary refunds for approved returns.

Instead, eligible returns will be issued as store credit for the value of the purchased item(s), excluding any shipping charges.

For example:

  • Item value: €50

  • Shipping fee: €5

  • Store credit issued: €50

Store credit can be used on any future purchase made through our website and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credit is non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and has no monetary value outside of Blaire's Boutique.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in preparing every order. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us by email within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the matter as quickly as possible, please include your order number along with clear photographs showing the issue.

Each case will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to find a fair and appropriate solution.
